That depends on the type of ticket you have bought. Some tickets can’t be amended, while other tickets can be amended by you or by Customer Service.
If you have purchased a supplementary seat reservation for a regional train in Eastern Norway, you can easily cancel the reserved seat and reserve a new one in the Vy app.
